SUSTAINABILITY MATTERS

You’re not just experiencing incredible luxury at the Canopy Tree House and an escape from the mundane when you stay at this tree house getaway, you’re participating in a carbon-neutral experiment in sustainability. All of our tree houses have been built with efficiency at the forefront of consideration.  With double walls, 400% efficient heat pumps, and thorough insulation, your tree house will stay warm in the winter cold and cool in the summer heat.  Plus all our properties are solar-powered, making them carbon neutral in addition to being so compact and efficient that they barely sip power.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Your incredible tree house getaway awaits for spring, summer, autumn, or winter, in beautiful southern Maine. You will stay aloft with the trees, nestled in a forest that has been growing wild for most of a century. The property is located in Springvale, which is inland and centrally located. Being able to travel East to West in this area helps you avoid most traffic when visiting any of the premier destinations of Southern Maine (mostly traveling North to South). Whether you want to go to one of Maine’s pristine beaches in Ogunquit, Wells, or Old Orchard Beach, the exciting Portland restaurant scene, or browse the astonishing assortment of antique stores in the area, you can find many ways to spend your days away from the busier world in our Local’s Guide to Maine.
